Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Second Coming!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Coming gets a clinch.

Coming works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard.
Summer looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Coming tries to free his leg and advance position but Summer is retaining full guard.
Coming missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Summer holds on and takes a little breather.

The ref stands the fighters back up because Nova Summer just wasn't active enough.

Summer gets a double leg takedown into Coming's guard.
Coming looking to hit a scissor sweep but Summer is one step ahead there.
Coming really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Summer. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Coming escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Coming is looking to score with low kicks.
Coming is looking to clinch but Summer is avoiding it.

and Coming counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Summer thinking.
Summer shoots for a takedown but Coming saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

Coming closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Summer quickly recovers to half guard.

Coming is breathing heavily.
Coming looking to sit in guard and control but Summer gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

Coming looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.

Summer postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.
Summer trying to control the position from guard on top but Coming is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Summer stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Coming swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Summer pushes down on Coming's leg and manages to get into half guard.

Coming on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound.
Summer seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
Summer is controlling the pace.
Summer trying to control the action but Coming is working from the bottom.

Summer decides he's had enough of the ground and stands up.
Coming tries for a takedown but Summer sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Summer shoots in looking for a takedown. Coming tries to sprawl out of it but Summer keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Coming manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Summer wants to clinch up but Coming keeps it at a distance.
Coming slaps away a takedown attempt from Summer, before circling back to the center of the mat.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

and Coming counters with a head kick. That will keep Summer thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!

Coming closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Coming takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
