Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Moacyr Domingos De Matos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and George Steele (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). De Matos comes to the cage accompanied by Kick Ass. Steele has chosen Freak On A Leash as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
De Matos fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Steele.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Steele bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

Steele feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends De Matos sprawling to the canvas! De Matos rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Steele finish him?!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Good leg kick by De Matos there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
and Steele counters with a massive uppercut that badly hurts De Matos! He's just covering up as Steele starts to tee off till the referee steps in and stops the fight!
