Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Mellark lands a left and a right that send Max crashing to the mat, dazed. Mellark thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Max is rocked!

It looks like Mad Max has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Max has taken the fight to the clinch.
Oh Max is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Max tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Max prevents Mellark from breaking the clinch.

Mellark tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
Mellark tries to land knees in the clinch but Max avoids the damage to the body.
Max tries to circle away but Mellark has him pinned against the cage.
Max avoids the elbow strike from Mellark, against the cage.

Mellark breaks the clinch.
Mellark is looking to slow Max down with leg kicks.
Mellark keeps the fight on the outside.
Max doesn't manage to clinch there - Mellark circles away.
Mellark throws a wild body kick that Max sees coming a mile off.

Max moves into range and clinches up with Mellark.
Max lands a right hand.
Max is looking to control Mellark's arms but Mellark gets an underhook and turns him. Now Max has his back to the cage.

Mellark breaks the clinch.

Oooooh!!! Mellark has knocked Max down with a huge combo! Mellark steps away and waves a wobbly Max back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
Mellark throws a push kick but Max slaps the foot to one side.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Max throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
and Mellark counters with a massive uppercut that badly hurts Max! He's just covering up as Mellark starts to tee off till the referee steps in and stops the fight!
