The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zotov displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Fedor.
Zotov with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Zotov misses the shot to the body.

Zotov gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Fedor to score an easy takedown into full guard.

Zotov bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Fedor's guard.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Zotov is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Fedor is trying to escape and Zotov transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Fedor is forced to tap! Nice work there by Zotov! Very nice indeed!
