Shamgod has a slight injury, which hopefully won't affect the fight too much. Hotblack Desiato has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Desiato throws a front kick that sends Shamgod stumbling back into the cage.
Shamgod is breathing heavily.
Desiato tries a head kick but it misses.
Desiato explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Desiato scores with a push kick.

Shamgod uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Desiato.
Hotblack Desiato seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Shamgod blocks a head kick by Desiato.

Both fighters circling a little - Desiato finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.
Desiato lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.

Desiato feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Shamgod sprawling to the canvas! Shamgod rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Desiato finish him?!

Hotblack Desiato is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Desiato dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Shamgod. That did some damage!
Oh Shamgod is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

The fighters circle, before Desiato throws a beautiful high kick that crashes into Shamgod's neck, sending him stumbling to the floor! Desiato lands more strikes and forces a referee stoppage! That one ended in an instant!
