The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ronald looks to land a combination but Halkiu avoids it well.
Halkiu looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Halkiu changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Ronald tries to avoid it but Halkiu manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Ronald to the ground. Ronald escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Brad Ronald seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Ronald lands a lovely overhand right.

It looks like Rick Halkiu has been cut.

Ronald lands a hook that stumbles Halkiu back into the cage. Ronald follows up with a straight and another hook that land right on the button, dropping Halkiu to the canvas! Ronald pounces and lands several unanswered shots - Halkiu has had enough and taps out! This one is all over!
