Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
11 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Butter Beer!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
7 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Lal Dama!
The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Yves DeLean and Alec Ball.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Beer goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Dama is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Beer.
Beer swinging wildly here.
Beer moves out of range as Dama throws a body kick.
Beer misses with a two punch combination.
Dama slips a jab and a cross from Beer.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Beer, as that shot connected.
That has opened up Lal Dama's cut even more.
Dama closes this distance looking for a takedown but Beer circles away.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Beer connects with a high kick.
Beer leaves Dama with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Beer looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Dama walks into a jab.
The cut above Lal Dama's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Beer misses with a jab, cross combination.
Dama shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Dama is working for a submission of some sort.

Dama tries to pass the half guard into mount. Beer knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.

Dama seems to be looking for submissions.
Dama wants to control but Beer is keeping him busy.

Dama is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Dama content to control rather than advance.
Dama is trying to control the action in half guard but Beer is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
Dama is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
Beer tries to roll over but Dama keeps him under control.

Dama is stalling here. Beer is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Dama seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Beer has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.
Beer just content to control the position.

Beer lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Beer.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Lal Dama's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
