Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Royce McGee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mico Pazuh (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). McGee comes to the cage accompanied by Eminem - . Mico Pazuh struggled to make weight for this fight. He only made it down to 266.2lbs at the first attempt and had to take the additional two hours to make the official bout weight. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pazuh wants to clinch up but McGee keeps it at a distance.

McGee fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Pazuh to the ground. McGee is now in Pazuh's guard.
Pazuh wants to stand and escape but McGee is having none of it.
McGee is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Royce McGee.
McGee closes the distance and clinches up with Pazuh, looking for a takedown. McGee pushes Pazuh against the cage but Pazuh circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Pazuh tries to close the distance and clinch up but McGee swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Pazuh scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!


It looks like Royce McGee has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
McGee tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Pazuh swivels and escapes.

McGee is taking a breather. Pazuh says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
McGee's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
Pazuh is trying to maintain the position but McGee is very close to passing his half guard.
McGee wants to free his trapped foot but Pazuh is holding on for dear life with his legs.

McGee shoots in looking for a takedown but Pazuh manages to keep the fight standing, pushing McGee's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
McGee slaps away a takedown attempt from Pazuh, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Pazuh is breathing heavily.
McGee shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Pazuh pinned against the cage. Pazuh gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
McGee seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Pazuh for as long as he can get away with.
