Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, James Glass and William Gold.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Youngblood shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Knight as he avoids it easily.
Knight shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Youngblood eats them both and turns towards Knight to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
Youngblood doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Youngblood shoots for a double leg takedown but Knight sprawls well. He's pushed Youngblood's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
DJ Youngblood seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Knight lands a right hook to the body.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Knight wants to control but Youngblood is having none of it.
