Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Ireneo Requina (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tota Liddel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Liddel has chosen Ektomorf - Show your fist as his entrance music. Tota Liddel told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Requina fails to land the takedown.
Liddel uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Requina.
Requina wants to slow Liddel down by chopping away at his legs.
Requina lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Requina shoots in and drives through. Liddel sprawls well.

Requina bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.

Liddel lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
