PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ur Anus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Matheus Malinowski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Trevor Gratis and Robert Douchet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Anus displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Malinowski.
Malinowski slips under a jab from Anus.
Malinowski tries to close the distance and clinch up but Anus swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Malinowski fails with an attempt to clinch.

A looping hook to the body misses from Anus. Malinowski does a little dance to reset his feet.

Anus tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Malinowski was well out of range. Poor timing from Anus.
Malinowski shoots in for a takedown but Anus shows good takedown defense.

Anus had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Malinowski defends it easily.

Anus is pulling down on Malinowski's head. It's preventing any offense from Malinowski, at least for the moment.

Malinowski controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
Anus might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Malinowski wants to stand but Anus has a closed guard, so he can't escape.
Malinowski throws an elbow that misses. Anus uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Malinowski's guard. Nice move by Anus!

That was a close second round but I would say that Ur Anus will probably get the nod.

Anus has taken the fight to the clinch.
Malinowski is looking to break free of the clinch but Anus has double underhooks.

Malinowski manages to break the clinch.
Malinowski tries to clinch there but Anus circles away.
Malinowski fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Malinowski shoots in looking for a takedown but Anus manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Malinowski's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Ur Anus.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Anus, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
