Teitsi takes the fight into the clinch.

Heatrt jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Teitsi walks away with a smile on his face. Heatrt gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Nice takedown defense from Teitsi. No joy for Heatrt on that attempt.
Teitsi missing with a left hand there. Heatrt was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.

Heatrt looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Teitsi!

Heatrt looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.

Heatrt working from mount. He moves in close and looks like he might be going for an arm triangle... He's hopped off to the side and he's transitioned into an Anaconda choke. Teitsi turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! The ref rips Heatrt off and cradles Teitsi's limp body as Heatrt celebrates with his corner.
