Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Nathan Drake (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ben Doon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighter's entrance songs getting the crowd jumping here.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Nathan Drake!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Ben Doon!
The judges for this bout are Steve Erwin, Bruno Hogan and Donatello Bradman.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Drake throws a series of punches but Doon moves out of range.

Doon has Drake up against the cage in a clinch.

Doon gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground.
Doon throwing strikes from guard but Drake blocks nicely.
Doon is stalling in the full guard.
Doon forces his way into half guard.
Doon is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Doon wants to pass to mount but Drake is defending the position.
Drake wants to control but Doon is keeping busy and won't allow it.

Doon is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Drake sees it coming and defends easily.
Doon not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Doon uses his free foot to push down on Drake's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Drake.
Drake is looking to improve his position but Doon isn't that keen on the idea.

Doon is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Drake can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

Doon wants to finish this one by submission but Drake is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Doon.

Doon takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

Doon is standing up, even though he is in mount.
Drake tries to land a front kick but Doon steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Doon changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Drake tries to avoid it but Doon manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Drake to the ground. Drake escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Drake stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Drake wants it to stay on the feet.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Drake looks to land a body kick but Doon moved away.

Drake misses with an attempted mid kick.
Drake moves into range and connects with a jab.
Drake tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Drake scores with a crisp jab that stopped Doon in his tracks.

Doon shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Drake napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Doon has knee on belly momentarily but Drake bucks him off and regains half guard.
Doon looks gassed!
Drake wants to get back to his feet.

Drake regains full guard. Nicely done.
Drake avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Doon slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
Drake is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Doon tries to free his leg and advance position but Drake is retaining full guard.

Drake is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Doon defends well.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Drake is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.

Ben Doon dominated that round.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Doon moves into range and clinches up with Drake.
Drake has had enough of the clinch but Doon keeps him there for the moment.
Doon is trying to pull guard but Drake has him pressed against the cage.
Doon has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Drake avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
Doon has Drake pressed against the cage, preventing Drake from circling away and getting back to striking at range.

Drake is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.

Drake has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Doon clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!
Doon manages to reverse the position and now he's in Drake's guard. Nice work there by Doon.
Drake might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Drake is looking to stand up but Doon isn't so interested in that idea.

Doon is standing up over Drake. Drake looks to escape but Doon dives into side control.

Doon has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.
Doon tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Drake swivels and escapes.

No joy there for Drake, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Drake throws a head kick but Doon moves out of range.
Drake tries to close the distance and clinch up but Doon swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Drake misses with a wild combination.

Doon changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Drake looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Drake is trying to buck Doon off.

Doon lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Drake down.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Drake wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done!

Doon is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Drake is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Drake managing to avoid any damage from the strikes thrown by Doon.
Doon creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Drake sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.

Doon is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Drake knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Ben Doon showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Doon escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Drake is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Doon asserts his dominance and retains side control.

Doon is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Drake knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
Drake is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Doon is controlling him well.

Doon is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Drake looks calm but he's in trouble here. Doon gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Drake is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Doon lets go of the hold and Drake can pop his arm back in it's socket.
