The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boldin misses with a head kick.
An inside leg kick lands from Boldin.
Boldin connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Boldin explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.
Ewing swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Ewing tries a head kick but it misses.
Ewing is looking to chop away at Boldin's legs.
Ewing misses with a straight left.
Robert Boldin seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Boldin misses with a low kick.
Boldin tries to clinch but Ewing moves out of range.
A chopping leg kick lands by Boldin.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Boldin moves into the clinch.
Boldin gets through Ewing's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.

Boldin escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Boldin throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Ewing's head.

It looks like Raul Ewing has been cut.
Boldin is looking to land body kicks.

Ewing gets tackled into the cage by Boldin. Boldin maintains the clinch.

Boldin manages to break the clinch.
Sloppy strikes from Boldin. Those never looked like landing.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Boldin, right into the meat.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Ewing misses with a wild combination.
Ewing throws a chopping leg kick but Boldin manages to avoid taking any serious damage.
Some wild striking there from Ewing.
Boldin jabs Ewing right on the nose. Ewing blinks but takes it well.

Boldin connects with a single shot there.
Ewing avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Some bone on bone action there as Ewing checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
Boldin throws a head kick that Ewing semi-blocks.
Boldin fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.

Boldin cracks Ewing with an uppercut from hell and Ewing crumples to the canvas, he's out! Oh no, he's recovered and he's grabbed one of Boldin's legs and pulled him into guard. The ref thought about stopping it there but he's let it go - good reffing!

Ewing is rocked!
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.

Boldin gets to his feet - Ewing follows without any prompting.
Ewing is still on wobbly legs! Can Boldin finish him?
Boldin scores with a spinning back kick!
Ewing seems to have recovered his senses.
Boldin keeps Ewing at a distance using the push kick.
Boldin scores with a leg kick.
BOOM! Boldin lands a beautiful left hook that drops Ewing. Ewing tries to recover but Boldin is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Ewing lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!
