The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bam slaps away a takedown attempt from Trainor, before circling back to the center of the mat.
A combination from Trainor does no damage.
Trainor looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Bam fails miserably with a takedown attempt.

Trainor closes the distance and clinches.
Bam being controlled against the cage.
Bam misses with an elbow strike.

Trainor breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Trainor tries to clinch there but Bam circles away.

Bam clinches with his opponent.

Trainor decides to pull guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Trainor is trying to keep Bam in close.
Trainor is looking to stand up but Bam isn't so interested in that idea.

Bam is posturing up here but Trainor has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Bam tries to roll out but it's too tight and Bam has to tap! Slick submission there by Trainor!
