Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Alex Glenn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Frank Inator (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Inator comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Snoop Dogg- Money kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Alex Glenn could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Frank Inator's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Alex Glenn!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Frank Inator!
The judges for this bout are Bruno Hogan, Winston Howard and Donatello Bradman.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Inator tries to keep at a distance but Glenn has taken the fight into the clinch.

Glenn wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Inator tries for a takedown but Glenn manages to get underhooks.

It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Inator throws a big elbow that misses.

Glenn on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Glenn tries to get out of the position.

Frank Inator has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet.
Glenn connects with a body shot that sends Inator's belly button to the back.

and Glenn holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.

Glenn gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Inator regains guard.

Inator has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Glenn can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Inator might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Glenn kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

Inator seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.

Glenn manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Inator on his heels. He'll look to pass Inator's guard now, I'm sure.

Glenn takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
Inator is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

We're going to have a standup here because Alex Glenn wasn't active enough for the referee's liking.
Glenn displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Inator.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Glenn has the hooks sunk in and you can see the will to fight slowly draining out of Inator's body.
Glenn is hanging on to Inator's back as he tries to escape.
Glenn lands with a big left hand that may well have hurt his opponent. Can Inator hold on?!

Inator prevents Glenn from getting a body triangle.
Glenn has the hooks sunk in and you can see the will to fight slowly draining out of Inator's body.
Glenn will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Glenn is not going to allow Inator to sit and survive in this position.
Glenn controlling the position well here. Inator rolled but Glenn kept the hooks locked in and stayed in the dominant position.
Frank Inator has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Alex Glenn is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Glenn, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
