Yuy's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Coma Black - Marilyn Manson. Heero Yuy could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Lewis McLay's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 13 - 14 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Heero Yuy!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Lewis McLay!
The judges for this bout are John Mangel, Eliza Hachem and Bruno Hogan.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No joy there for Yuy, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
McLay looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Yuy tries to bum rush McLay with a series of wild strikes but McLay uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Yuy throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
McLay tries to close the distance and clinch but Yuy swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
McLay shoots in but Yuy avoids the takedown attempt easily.
McLay shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Yuy but Yuy pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Yuy lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but McLay circles away quickly and effectively.
Yuy fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Yuy takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Yuy connects with a right hand. McLay shakes it off.
Yuy throws a series of punches but McLay moves out of range.
Yuy throws a right and a left that McLay avoids nicely.
Yuy misses with a series of wild punches.
Yuy misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Yuy throws a sloppy head kick and McLay moves out of range easily.
A left and a right from Yuy both land. Nice combination.

McLay is rocked!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Yuy shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. McLay is trying to defend but Yuy finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
McLay is still in real trouble! Can Yuy finish him?

Yuy stands, ready to strike. The ref makes him back up and allows McLay to get to his feet.

Yuy pushes McLay up against the cage in a clinch.
McLay keeps control of Yuy as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.

McLay has Yuy pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Yuy manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.

McLay has Yuy pressed against the cage, preventing Yuy from circling away and getting back to striking at range.

Yuy is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.
Yuy trying to control the position but instead, McLay has worked for underhooks and has pushed Yuy into the cage.
Yuy struggles to land a body shot inside as McLay controls his hands.
McLay drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Yuy gets the underhooks and prevents it.
McLay seems to have recovered his senses.
Yuy is trying to break the clinch but McLay is controlling him.

Yuy has McLay pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Yuy pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending McLay tumbling to the mat - Yuy dives into McLay's guard.
Yuy makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
Yuy wants to control from the top but McLay keeps moving.
Yuy chips away with some ground and pound.
Yuy postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!

Yuy got a little sloppy there for a moment and McLay has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Yuy has managed to get both his arms back between McLay's legs - danger averted.

Yuy is pushing down on McLay's leg trying to pass to half guard. McLay is fighting to maintain full guard but Yuy has managed to sneak the leg through.
Yuy is keen to just control but McLay is a slippery customer.

McLay throws a strike from the bottom that misses.
Yuy wants to control but McLay is keeping him busy.
Yuy lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.
Yuy is looking to take a break and control but McLay is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
Yuy lands a big elbow - McLay is out of it! He's waving his arms around but his eyes are closed and he's not intelligently defending himself - the ref has no choice but to jump in and stop the fight! This one is in the books! A TKO win for Yuy!

Heero Yuy decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
