Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Rick James!
The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Jack Bonds and Don Winkell.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
James doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Razor counters with an inside leg kick.
James blocks a head kick by Razor.
James misses with a takedown attempt - Razor sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Razor throws a body punch but James moves out of range.
Nice sprawl there from Razor as James shoots in.
Sid Razor has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Rick James.
James shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Razor defends it nicely.

and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.

James is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

James drops down looking for an ankle pick but Razor pulls his leg out and moves away.
James fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

Razor rushes James and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.

James is trying to drag Razor to the mat but Razor just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Razor, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
