Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Hank Chinaski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dynamite Shikoku (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chinaski comes to the cage accompanied by Gustav Mahler - Symphony No. 9: Mov. 4. Shikoku is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Shikoku Shikoku. Both these fighters are unbeaten, so somebody's 0 has got to go!Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Hank Chinaski!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Dynamite Shikoku!
The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Wesley Smith and Alan Glass.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shikoku slips a straight right by Chinaski.

Chinaski gets tackled into the cage by Shikoku. Shikoku maintains the clinch.
Chinaski lands a nice shot to the body.
Chinaski avoiding damage as Shikoku throws knees to the body.
Chinaski misses with a knee to the head.
Shikoku digs a right hand into Chinaski's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Chinaski's gas tank.
Shikoku lands a nice uppercut.
Chinaski is working for takedown but Shikoku is calmly controlling the position for now.
Chinaski tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Chinaski has had enough of the clinch but Shikoku keeps him there for the moment.
Shikoku throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Chinaski throws a knee to the head but misses.
Shikoku throws an elbow that misses.
Kneeeeees! The crowd are calling for knees to the body. Shikoku obliges.
Chinaski lands a right hand.
Shikoku lands a left hand.
Shikoku using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Chinaski has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
Chinaski has a couple of punches blocked by Shikoku.
Chinaski scores with a hook to the body.
Shikoku lands a left hand.
Shikoku digs a right hand underneath Chinaski's ribcage. Chinaski let out a lung full of air as it connected.
Shikoku works on Chinaski's body with a couple of short punches.
Chinaski is breathing heavily.

Chinaski swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Shikoku controlling the action here for a moment.
Chinaski takes an elbow to the forehead.
The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Shikoku takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.
Chinaski tries to work over Shikoku's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
Shikoku landing some nice looking knees to the body.
Shikoku lands with a short shot to the head.
Shikoku lands an elbow inside.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Shikoku blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Shikoku lands a body punch in the clinch.
Shikoku avoiding damage.
Shikoku is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Chinaski is keeping busy.
Shikoku scores with a nice hook to the head.
Shikoku lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Shikoku working on landing some head shots here - that one got through nicely.

It looks like Hank Chinaski has been cut.

Shikoku drops Chinaski onto one knee with a big uppercut from the clinch! Chinaski is propped up by the cage and works his way back to his feet!


Chinaski is rocked!

Shikoku lands a vicious elbow to the side of Chinaski's head that scrambles his senses and sends him wobbling down to the canvas! Shikoku tries to finish him with strikes but Chinaski still seems able to defend himself so Shikoku steps back and lets Chinaski get back to his feet - he wants no part of the ground game.
Oh Chinaski is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Chinaski tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Both fighters step back and shake their arms out. Shikoku engages and cracks Chinaski with a massive lead left hook - Chinaski tumbles to the floor, out cold! What a shot! Shikoku is delighted - all that hard work in training paid off!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:22 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Dynamite Shikoku!
During a confident post fight interview, Dynamite Shikoku thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
