Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Takeshita Otsuma (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Fubar Pogue (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Pogue has chosen Deadmau5 - Ghosts n Stuff as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 5 - 1, fighting out of Tokyo, Takeshita Otsuma!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Fubar Pogue!
The judges for this bout are Valeri Chadov, Illya Tyunina and Viktor Lagutenko.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pogue is looking to clinch.
Pogue is looking to clinch but Otsuma is avoiding it.

Pogue closes the distance and clinches.
Otsuma tries for a takedown but Pogue manages to get underhooks.
Pogue tries to throw a body punch but Otsuma avoids it by throwing Pogue back against the cage.
Pogue unloads a knee to the mid-section. Otsuma lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh.
Pogue lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down Otsuma.
Pogue lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Otsuma or not.
Pogue lands a right hand that snaps the head of Otsuma backwards.
Otsuma tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Pogue just stands there and leans against the cage.
Otsuma jumps guard but Pogue stands there with Otsuma around his waist. Otsuma gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Takeshita Otsuma. That's going to take a lot out of him.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
A right handed body shot lands from Pogue.
Otsuma is trying to maintain a safe position but Pogue gets an underhook and turns Otsuma into the cage.

Pogue misses with a knee strike.
Pogue lands a right hand that snaps the head of Otsuma backwards.
Pogue lands a body punch in the clinch.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Pogue working some nice short punches in the clinch.
Otsuma jumps guard but Pogue stands there with Otsuma around his waist. Otsuma gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Otsuma is breathing heavily.

Pogue tightens his grip and picks Otsuma up, before dumping him to the ground. Otsuma manages to land in guard.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Otsuma has a closed guard, preventing Pogue from standing up.
Pogue slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
Otsuma preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.

Otsuma is looking for a triangle but Pogue pushes his legs off easily.
Otsuma looking for a sweep. Not yet Otsuma, not yet.
Pogue tries to stand but Otsuma is controlling from the bottom.

Pogue stands up from Otsuma's guard - Pogue perhaps looking for a knockout.

That's two minutes gone in the round.

Pogue shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Otsuma napping and manages to drive through into side control!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Pogue decides to stand up, so the ref orders Otsuma to his feet.

Pogue clinches up against the cage.
Pogue lands a body punch.

Pogue breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Pogue tries to close the distance and clinch up but Otsuma swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Pogue tries to clinch but Otsuma moves away
and Otsuma counters with a slapping leg kick.

Otsuma moves into the clinch.
Otsuma is trying to stall.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Otsuma tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Pogue smiles and moves away.

Pogue gets a clinch.
Pogue cracks Otsuma with a nice body shot.
Otsuma tries to pull guard but Pogue forces him back to his feet, against the cage.

Pogue wants the takedown. Otsuma is fighting it off but Pogue persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Otsuma's guard against the cage.

Pogue gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.
Otsuma keeps the fight on the outside.
Otsuma keeps the fight on the outside.
Otsuma really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Pogue stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Pogue wants it to stay on the feet.
Otsuma circles away from the clinch attempt.

That's four minutes gone in the round.

Pogue drives through and clinches with Otsuma against the cage.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Otsuma decides to pull guard.

Pogue decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
Otsuma keeps the fight on the outside.
The fight stays on the outside here - Pogue looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Otsuma takes the fight into the clinch.
Pogue connects with a knee to the head.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Pogue stalling.
Pogue changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Otsuma fights it off and pushes away nicely.

Pogue looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Fubar Pogue dominated that round.
Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!

Otsuma drives through and clinches with Pogue against the cage.
Otsuma has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Pogue effectively controlling the action here.

Fubar Pogue seems to be working more effectively in the clinch in the fight so far.
Otsuma is trying to force a seperation but Pogue has the dominant position.
Pogue connects with a knee to the head.


Otsuma is rocked!
Pogue has Otsuma pressed up against the cage in a tight Thai clinch. Otsuma is arching his back, trying to avoid the knees but a big one sneaks through from Pogue - that's hurt Otsuma badly! Oh, another knee lands and Otsuma is covering up! The referee steps in to save him - possibly a bit early but Otsuma doesn't seem to be complaining.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:46 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Knees). Fubar Pogue!
Fubar Pogue bigged himself up after the win. The crowd seemed to love it.
