Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Fede Le Grand (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Orono Wor Petchpun (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Le Grand comes into the arena with Rage Against The Machine - Killing In The Name Of blaring out of the sound system. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Orono Wor Petchpun was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Le Grand moves out of range of the body kick.
Wor Petchpun throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Le Grand's waist but Le Grand gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Wor Petchpun off to one side.
Le Grand scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.

It looks like Orono Wor Petchpun has been cut.
Le Grand takes a swing at Wor Petchpun's ribcage but misses.
Le Grand moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Le Grand shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Wor Petchpun eats them both and turns towards Le Grand to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Wor Petchpun shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Le Grand is trying to defend but Wor Petchpun finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
