Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Demian Gaea (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Anthony Siblas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gaea's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, When I'm Gone (Remix). This should be fireworks!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Gaea throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Siblas tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Gaea is in Siblas's guard.

Gaea is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Siblas really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Gaea. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Gaea is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Siblas can do to turn this around?
Siblas can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Gaea controls the pace.
Siblas thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage.
Gaea not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.

Demian Gaea has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet.

Gaea cracks Siblas with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

Gaea fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Siblas sprawls well initially but Gaea persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Gaea has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
