The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Kharghai is defended easily by Martinez.

and Martinez counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.

Kharghai switches off momentarily and Martinez cracks him with a monster right hand! Kharghai topples backwards and makes a semi conscious attempt to cover up, as Martinez dives in to land one more shot, before the referee has time to call the fight. What a finish by Martinez!
