Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Chuck Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Austin Powers (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gracie comes to the cage accompanied by disturbed - down with the sickness. The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Austin Powers!
The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Tarja Halkonen and Johanna Lukiainen.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gracie fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Powers manages to avoid it.
Powers throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
Gracie throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Powers counters with a low kick, right behind Gracie 's knee.
Gracie scores with a punch to the head.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

and Gracie counters with a nice uppercut.

Powers rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Gracie moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

You can see the frustration on Powers's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

Gracie wants to pass the guard but Powers is defending well.

Chuck Gracie seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Gracie throws a hook but Powers avoids it easily.

Powers scores with a head kick. Gracie tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.
Powers misses with an attempted mid kick.
Gracie tries for a takedown but Powers sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Austin Powers seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Gracie rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Powers moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Gracie moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.

Powers avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Powers takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Powers bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.


It looks like Chuck Gracie has been cut.
Austin Powers is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Gracie is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Powers.
Gracie is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all.

Oooooh!!! Powers has knocked Gracie down with a huge combo! Powers steps away and waves a wobbly Gracie back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

Gracie bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Powers looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Powers lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Powers throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Gracie.
Gracie is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Powers.

Austin Powers showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Powers lands a big head kick that sends Gracie tumbling to the mat! Powers takes a step backwards and waves Gracie back to his feet - he wants the finish!


Gracie is rocked!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Gracie takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Oh Gracie is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Both fighters are breathing heavily.

Powers throws a lazy right hand but Gracie sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Gracie swings widly with a right hand
and Powers counters with a huge left! Gracie is in big trouble! He's backing up but Powers isn't giving him chance to recover. Under a barage of punches the ref has to step in to save Gracie from any more damage. A dominating finish by Powers!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:11 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Austin Powers!
During a confident post fight interview, Austin Powers thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
