Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Francis Begbie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lukasz Kozyra (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are William Peck, Alec Ball and Yves DeLean.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Begbie is looking to score with low kicks.
Kozyra just misses with a punch to the body.
Kozyra on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Begbie misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Begbie walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Kozyra checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Begbie lands a nice looking kick to the body. Kozyra takes a step back to recover.
Begbie tries a head kick but it misses.
Begbie fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Kozyra.
Kozyra is looking to land body kicks.

Kozyra goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.

Kozyra tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Kozyra shoots in looking for a takedown. Begbie tries to sprawl out of it but Kozyra keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Begbie manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Begbie fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Begbie pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Kozyra just misses with a punch to the body.
Begbie walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Kozyra checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Begbie checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
A nice leg kick lands there from Kozyra.
Kozyra throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Begbie throws a leg kick but Kozyra sees it coming and moves out of range.
Kozyra dives in and scores a takedown into Begbie's guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.

Begbie pulls Kozyra in close to his closed guard and prevents Kozyra from doing any damage or advancing position.
Kozyra trying to control the position from guard on top but Begbie is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Kozyra tries to free his leg and advance position but Begbie is retaining full guard.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Kozyra advances to half guard.
Kozyra uses his free foot to push down on Begbie's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Begbie.
Kozyra fails to move to back control.

Kozyra looking to secure an arm triangle but Begbie defends it well.
Kozyra jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Begbie is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Begbie and Kozyra has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.
Kozyra tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Kozyra has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Kozyra goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Begbie rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Kozyra's guard! Nice work there by Begbie!

Begbie decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Kozyra, up you get!

The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Begbie checks a leg kick.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Begbie knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Kozyra on the ground.

Kozyra goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Begbie has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Kozyra but great work by Begbie.

Kozyra is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Begbie pulls his head out easily.
Kozyra moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.
Begbie wants to stand and escape but instead Kozyra has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.

Begbie does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.

Good leg kick by Kozyra there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

Begbie lands a big head kick that sends Kozyra tumbling to the mat! Begbie takes a step backwards and waves Kozyra back to his feet - he wants the finish!
