Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ryan McKenziee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bill Hanrahan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A combination from Hanrahan does no damage.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Hanrahan seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but McKenziee does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Hanrahan looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks McKenziee with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Oooooh!!! Hanrahan has knocked McKenziee down with a huge combo! Hanrahan steps away and waves a wobbly McKenziee back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

Hanrahan bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps McKenziee's head backwards.
McKenziee throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Hanrahan's waist but Hanrahan gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing McKenziee off to one side.

McKenziee shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Hanrahan as he jumps to the side.

Well Hanrahan has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
