Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Liam Nate!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Aku Juhtanen!
The judges for this bout are Anni Minnemäki, Roosa Järviläinen and Ben Zyskovitsi.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nate will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

Nate shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Juhtanen is trying to defend but Nate finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
Nate looks to score some points with some ground and pound.
Nate throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
Nate takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
Juhtanen is trying to stand back up but Nate is controlling him

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Liam Nate.
Juhtanen throws a leg kick but Nate checks it.

The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Aku Juhtanen.
Nate throws a series of punches but Juhtanen moves out of range.

Oh Nate is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Nate shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Juhtanen defends it nicely.
Nate avoids a punch combination nicely.
Nate seems to have got his legs back now.
Juhtanen connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Nate tries for a takedown but Juhtanen sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.

Nate is trying hard to land a takedown here. Juhtanen sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.

An uppercut to the body lands inside from Juhtanen.
Juhtanen lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Nate backwards.
Juhtanen gets through Nate's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
Juhtanen is pushing Nate up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.
Juhtanen lands an elbow that stopped Nate in his tracks for a moment.
A nice right hand lands inside from Juhtanen.

A short body shot lands from Juhtanen as the two fighters clinch.

Juhtanen breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Juhtanen moves in looking to clinch but Nate pushes him off.
Donk. Juhtanen catches Nate right on the button with a cross.
Juhtanen thumps Nate with a low kick.
Juhtanen digs a good hook to Nate's body.
Nate throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Juhtanen's waist but Juhtanen gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Nate off to one side.

Juhtanen connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Juhtanen throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Nate has a takedown stuffed.
Juhtanen lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Nice uppercut there from Juhtanen.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Nate is defended easily by Juhtanen.

Nate wants a takedown but no success here.
Juhtanen stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Juhtanen works on Nate's body with a couple of short punches.

Juhtanen manages to break the clinch.

Juhtanen scores with a jab. Nate acknowledges it with a nod of the head.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Juhtanen dances in with a quick combination. Nate is being worked over with jabs and crosses. Oooh, a right straight from Juhtanen snaps Nate's head back. Nate stumbles backwards against the cage. Juhtanen steps forward and delivers a right cross that connects with Nate's jaw, simultaneously knocking him out and sending his mouthpiece into the crowd! There's a worthy souvenir for the fans. This one is over folks. Nate just didn't come prepared.
