The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Alfonso tries to grapple but his opponent circles
letting Harper counter with a right hand.
Alfonso wants to clinch
and Alfonso takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Harper swings for the body but Alfonso moves out of range.

and Harper counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Alfonso thinking.

Harper misses the jab.

Nice sprawl there from Harper as Alfonso shoots in.
Harper lands a glancing blow to the side of Alfonso's head.

Alfonso tries to clinch but Harper is having none of it.

and Harper counters with a crisp one two that drops Alfonso! Harper thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Alfonso to his feet! Alfonso is in big trouble!

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Harper throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Alfonso sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Oh Alfonso is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Harper dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Harper throws an overhand right that drops Alfonso like a sack of potatoes! Harper dives in to finish the fight with more strikes and this one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:24 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Jack Harper!
Jack Harper decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
