Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Wrath Son Of Wrath (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Simon Snake (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Wrath Son Of Wrath!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Simon Snake!
The judges for this bout are Steve Erwin, Eliza Hachem and Skip Squint.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Snake fails with the takedown
and Son Of Wrath counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Son Of Wrath is taking a breather. Snake says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
Son Of Wrath works his foot free and advances to mount.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Son Of Wrath looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.
Son Of Wrath has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Son Of Wrath takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

Son Of Wrath gets to his feet and calls his opponent to stand. Here come the fireworks!

Snake tries to clinch but Son Of Wrath moves away
and Son Of Wrath counters with a head kick.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Snake throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Son Of Wrath darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Son Of Wrath controlling the pace.
Snake keeping control of the leg, stopping his opponent passing to mount.
Son Of Wrath prevents Snake from improving his position.

Son Of Wrath seems to be working for a kimura but Snake defends the submission attempt.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Son Of Wrath is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Son Of Wrath moves nicely into side control.

Son Of Wrath works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head.
Snake tries to bench press Son Of Wrath off him but Son Of Wrath keeps the position.
Snake really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Son Of Wrath. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Son Of Wrath decides to stand back up.
Snake moves in looking to clinch but Son Of Wrath pushes him off.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Snake tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Son Of Wrath counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Son Of Wrath lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
Son Of Wrath scores with a push kick.
Snake looks gassed!
Son Of Wrath changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Snake looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Wrath Son Of Wrath dominated that round.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Snake fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Snake cracks the inside of Son Of Wrath's front leg.
Snake throws a sloppy head kick
and Son Of Wrath counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.

Snake wants to get back to full guard but Son Of Wrath has passed into side control.
Son Of Wrath lands a few punches from side control.
Son Of Wrath is staying tight to Snake's torso, preventing him from escaping.
Snake is breathing heavily.

Son Of Wrath has hold of Snake's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Snake seems comfortable defending it but Son Of Wrath has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Snake is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Snake is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Son Of Wrath couldn't care less - he's delighted!
