Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Logan Strauss (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jermainet Twymanj (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Strauss comes to the cage accompanied by Immigrant song-Led Zeppelin. Jermainet Twymanj will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Strauss drives through and clinches with Twymanj against the cage.

Twymanj breaks the clinch.
Jermainet Twymanj seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Twymanj blocks a head kick by Strauss.

Twymanj shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Strauss's guard.
Strauss is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Strauss has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Twymanj is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Strauss.
