Power has chosen Survivor - Eyes of The Tiger as his entrance music. Cloud Van Rude could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Jay Power's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Power takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Cloud Van Rude seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Van Rude shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
Van Rude misses with a takedown attempt - Power sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Van Rude forces Power back against the ropes and clinches.

Van Rude is looking to control Power's arms but Power gets an underhook and turns him. Now Van Rude has his back to the ropes.

Power ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Van Rude moves away.
Van Rude tries to close the distance and clinch up but Power swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Van Rude doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.

Jay Power seems to be getting the better of the standup.

Van Rude knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Power on the ground.
