Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Joe Mahone (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Primo Victoria (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Victoria's choice of entrance music: Primo Victoria. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Victoria cracks Mahone with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Victoria throws a nice looking combination but Mahone bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Victoria shoots in looking for a takedown. Mahone tries to sprawl out of it but Victoria keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Mahone manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

That was a close round but I would say that Joe Mahone will probably get the nod.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Victoria moves out of range of the strikes.

Mahone feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Mahone wants the takedown. Victoria is fighting it off but Mahone persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Victoria's guard against the cage.
