Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Van Kopstote has closed the distance and engaged ed in a clinch.
ed looks gassed!
Van Kopstote lands a damaging elbow.
It looks like Paul ed has been cut.
Van Kopstote comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.
ed has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
ed is trying to drag Van Kopstote to the mat but Van Kopstote just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
Van Kopstote landing knees to the body.
Van Kopstote lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of ed backwards.
ed takes a knee to the side of the body.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Van Kopstote has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed ed clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Van Kopstote is working for the rear naked choke. He has one arm under the chin but ed has hold of the other arm. A bit of a stalemate here.
Van Kopstote has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, ed has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!
Van Kopstote cracks ed with a big shot to body and one to the head - really punishing ed from the back mount here, looking to soften him up.

Van Kopstote controlling the position well here. ed rolled but Van Kopstote kept the hooks locked in and stayed in the dominant position.
Van Kopstote throwing strikes from the back - he gets a warning from the referee for striking the back of the head but all these shots are hurting ed!
Van Kopstote has the hooks in and he's looking for a rear naked choke here. ed is defending well but eventually Van Kopstote manages to get an arm under the chin and he's locked on the RNC! ed has no choice but to tap now! He does! This one is all over!
