I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Monroe Jackson was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sarney thuds his right hand into Jackson's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Jackson takes a jab right on the kisser.
Jackson throws a looping overhand right but Sarney ducks down to avoid it.
Sarney sizes up Jackson with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.

Ceaser Sarney seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Sarney has Jackson pressed up against the cage in a tight Thai clinch. Jackson is arching his back, trying to avoid the knees but a big one sneaks through from Sarney - that's hurt Jackson badly! Oh, another knee lands and Jackson is covering up! The referee steps in to save him - possibly a bit early but Jackson doesn't seem to be complaining.
