I think Marciano might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to REDEMPTION SONG. Silva has chosen Kashmir as his entrance music. Both fighter's entrance songs getting the crowd jumping here.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Marciano connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Silva on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Marciano. Marciano obviously looking to wear him down.
Silva throws a big shot that misses.
Silva looks to land a combination but Marciano avoids it well.
Silva throws a hook but Marciano blocks it.
Marciano ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Silva moves away.
Silva misses with a low kick as Marciano jumps back.
Marciano pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Silva throws a leg kick
and Marciano counters with a nice kick to the body.
A combination from Silva does no damage.
Marciano misses with a straight right.
Marciano avoids a low kick by using good footwork.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Silva tries to land a front kick but Marciano steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Silva throws a big shot that misses.
Marciano fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Silva looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Marciano throws a nice outside leg kick.
Silva looks gassed!

Marciano lands a big head kick that sends Silva tumbling to the mat! Marciano takes a step backwards and waves Silva back to his feet - he wants the finish!

It looks like Shogun Silva has been cut.
Marciano uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Silva.
Silva throws a body kick, spinning off balance
and Marciano counters with a monster head kick that knocks Silva out cold! He topples like fallen a tree, crashing to the mat! Timbeeeeeerrr!
