Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Reijo Rymy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Takeru Kyle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Rymy might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Killswitch Engage - Holy Diver. Kyle has chosen I Like to Move It as his entrance music. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

The judges for this bout are Roosa Järviläinen, Tarja Halkonen and Ben Zyskovitsi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rymy looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
The fighters circling - Rymy throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Rymy throws a body punch but Kyle moves out of range.
Rymy misses with a shot to the body
and Kyle counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Rymy thinking.
A looping hook to the body misses from Kyle. Rymy does a little dance to reset his feet.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

A decent looking cross lands there for Rymy.
Rymy paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Kyle lands a slapping body shot.
Kyle with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Rymy to score with a decent uppercut.
Rymy uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Rymy takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.

Kyle is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Rymy rather than just go for the knockout.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Kyle seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Reijo Rymy will probably get the nod.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

and Kyle decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Rymy's guard.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Rymy throws a lazy body kick
and Kyle counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Rymy takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Kyle looks to land a right hand but Rymy moved out of range.
Rymy fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Reijo Rymy seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Rymy tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Kyle was well out of range. Poor timing from Rymy.

Takeru Kyle decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
