Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Johan Blick (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lj Gibbs (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gibbs has chosen LJ Gibbs as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gibbs shoots in for a takedown but Blick shows good takedown defense.

Blick seems to be trying to get a kimura but instead Gibbs has recovered full guard.

Blick shoots for a takedown but Gibbs saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Gibbs shoots for a double leg takedown but Blick sprawls well. He's pushed Gibbs's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Blick shoots in for a takedown but Gibbs shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

That was a close second round but I would say that Johan Blick will probably get the nod.

Blick working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Gibbs doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Gibbs manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Gibbs is posturing up here but Blick has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Gibbs tries to roll out but it's too tight and Gibbs has to tap! Slick submission there by Blick!
