The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kalevi gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Datass counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Kalevi tries for a takedown but Datass sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Datass lands with a nice body punch.
Datass slaps away a takedown attempt from Kalevi, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Tappin Datass has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Pullo Kalevi.
Datass connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Kalevi momentarily.
Kalevi gets tackled into the cage by Datass. Datass maintains the clinch.

Datass has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Kalevi's face.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Kalevi can do anything to dispel that myth.

The crowd cheers as Datass lands an impressive looking overhand right. Kalevi doesn't seem phased though.
Datass shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Kalevi eats them both and turns towards Datass to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.

and Kalevi takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Kalevi shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Datass sprawls well. Datass wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Kalevi gets slowly back to his feet.
Kalevi shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Datass pinned against the cage. Datass gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Datass closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Kalevi quickly recovers to half guard.

Datass has control of Kalevi's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Kalevi regains control of the situation pretty easily.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Datass will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Datass cracks Kalevi with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Datass is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Kalevi can do to turn this around?

Datass lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Datass tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.

Datass softens up his opponent with a couple of shots there and then CRACK! One massive shot lands there and Kalevi is out cold! Datass jumps to his feet and celebrates on the cage with the fans, who are, quite frankly, going absolutely mental!
