Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Cayetano Guerrero (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Po Ping (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Guerrero might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Get in the Ring. Ping has chosen Kung Fu Fighting as his entrance music. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Po Ping!
The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Timothy Bukovac and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Guerrero keeps the fight on the outside.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Ping is defended easily by Guerrero.
Ping shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Guerrero throws a leg kick but Ping checks it.
Guerrero feints and as Ping raises his hands in defense, Guerrero changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Guerrero wants to stand but Ping is controlling his posture from full guard.
Guerrero stands and steps away. Ping gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
Cayetano Guerrero seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Ping stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Ping wants it to stay on the feet.
Ping fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Guerrero avoids it really well and circles away.
Cayetano Guerrero has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Po Ping.
Guerrero throws a right and a left that both miss.
Ping shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.

No luck for Guerrero with that takedown attempt.
Ping tries to score a power double leg takedown but Guerrero sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Ping somewhat.
A momentary lapse in concentration from Guerrero enables Ping to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Guerrero manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

Ping shoots in and drives through. Guerrero sprawls well.

and Ping counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.

Guerrero closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Ping did well to prevent Guerrero getting side control.

Ping wants to stand up but Guerrero is controlling him.
Ping lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Guerrero!
Ping is working for a guillotine from mount but Guerrero frees his head quite easily.

Ping is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Guerrero is surviving well by controlling Ping's body position as best he can.

Ping looking to finish Guerrero with some ground and pound. This is bad for Guerrero!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Ping postures up and throws a couple of big shots that have Guerrero in real trouble here! The ref calls for Guerrero to improve his position which he doesn't do, so the referee has no choice but to end the fight due to the strikes!
