The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Weed avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Jeremiah Weed seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Kierre fails with an attempt to clinch.

Weed shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Kierre napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Kierre wants to get back to his feet but Weed drags him back down.
Kierre is not content to let Weed control the position.

Kierre dips a shoulder and cracks Weed with a mighty uppercut! Weed falls back against the cage and Kierre unloads with a barrage of strikes! Weed is completely out with his eyes open, only supported by the cage! Save him ref! Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Kierre screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!
