Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are William Peck, Alec Ball and Trevor Gratis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nutz fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Martin manages to avoid it.
Nutz fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Nutz dodges the punch combination from Martin.
Nutz swings for the body but Martin moves out of range.
Nutz gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Nutz looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Martin throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Nutz works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Martin avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Martin controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
Nutz trying to keep a closed guard but Martin is proving a slippery customer.
Nutz is looking for a triangle but Martin pushes his legs off easily.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Nutz has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Martin should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Nutz has tightened it up now! Martin should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
