PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Juan Pablo Batallir (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Edson Perry (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Perry is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Shadow of the Day. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Batallir misses with a jab, cross combination.
Batallir will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Batallir uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Perry.

Both these guys seem content to just stand up and trade with eachother but Perry might want to think about changing up his gameplan a bit because over the course of the fight, Batallir has got the better of the exchanges.
