Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Sonny Lopez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bogey James (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Lopez gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

James has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Lopez enables James to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Lopez manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

James bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

James wants to finish this one by submission but Lopez is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from James.
