Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lex Luther (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and James Malmsteen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Malmsteen has chosen Yngwie Malmsteen - Rise up as his entrance music. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Arvi Lind, Tarja Halkonen and Matti Vanhoillinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Malmsteen lands a slapping body shot.
Malmsteen lands with a straight right. Luther didn't see that one coming.
Malmsteen scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Luther doesn't seem bothered though.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
A nice inside leg kick there by Malmsteen. That's going to slow Luther down.
Luther is breathing heavily.
Malmsteen fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Malmsteen dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Luther gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Malmsteen.
It looks like Lex Luther has been cut.
Malmsteen scores a takedown into full mount!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Malmsteen postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Luther looks a forlorn figure.
Luther knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Malmsteen on the ground.
Malmsteen is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. Luther is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. Luther flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. Malmsteen anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Luther and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Malmsteen slips an arm under Luther chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Malmsteen has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Malmsteen is squeezing on Luther like an anaconda would it's prey. Luther fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). James Malmsteen!
In his post fight interview, James Malmsteen started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
