Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Tony Tiger!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Jiggaboo Crane!
The judges for this bout are Nard Betker, Paulsen Ambrosius and Albert Achterberg.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Crane ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Tiger moves away.
Tiger throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Crane.
Crane connects with a body shot that sends Tiger's belly button to the back.
Crane throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Crane closes the distance and lands a one-two.
Crane throws a head kick but Tiger moves out of range.
Nice body kick from Crane.
Crane lands with a nice body punch.

Crane clinches.
Tiger wants to take the fight to the mat but Crane manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.
Tiger prevents Crane from breaking the clinch.

Crane wants to break free but Tiger has control.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Crane has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.

Crane wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Tiger has him pressed against the cage.
Crane is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage.

Tiger keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Crane's efforts to push away.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Crane is trying to push Tiger away but Tiger has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.

Tiger doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Tiger checks a leg kick.
Crane tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Tiger paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Crane cracks Tiger with an open hand slap.
Danga de danga de dang - Crane scores with a four punch combination!
Tiger moves out of range as Crane strikes.
Crane looks to land a combination. Tiger sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
Crane throws a low kick, looking for Tiger's leg but Tiger calmly moves out of range.

Tiger keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Crane's efforts to push away.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Crane pulls guard successfully.

Crane wants to stand but Tiger is controlling the position.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Crane is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Tiger is controlling him.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!


Crane jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Crane throws a sloppy head kick and Tiger moves out of range easily.
Crane throws a body punch but Tiger moves out of range.
Crane's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Crane duly obliges.

Tiger tries to keep at a distance but Crane has taken the fight into the clinch.
Tiger keeps control of Crane as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Crane has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Crane wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.

Crane pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Tiger slips under a jab from Crane.
Crane connects with a looping right hand.
Tiger has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Crane finds it's way round the side to connect with Tiger's head.
Crane attempts a low kick but it misses it's target.

Tiger needs to keep his hands up - Crane had a free shot at his head there.
Crane misses with a right hand

and Tiger counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Crane's guard now.
Tiger not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
Crane is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Tiger postures up.
Tiger stops Crane from standing up.
Tiger engaging in some classic timewasting tactics.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Crane throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Tiger ducks under a wild hook from Crane.

Crane is looking to clinch but Tiger is avoiding it.
Jiggaboo Crane is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Crane fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Tiger manages to avoid it.
Crane fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Tiger displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Crane throws out the jab.
Crane scores with a hook to the body. Tiger takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Tiger misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Tiger walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Donk. Crane catches Tiger right on the button with a cross.
Crane wants to clinch up but Tiger keeps it at a distance.
Crane lunges at Tiger with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Tiger's hand.

Tiger changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Crane looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
A lull in the action here as Tiger stalls from top position.
Crane really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Tiger. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Crane is trying to get back to half guard.

Crane is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here.
Tiger cracks Crane with a big right hand but Crane just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.
Tiger has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for Crane!

Crane tries to lock up and control but Tiger gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Crane is wriggling around trying to escape.
Tiger has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Crane tries to hold on but Tiger postures up.
The referee warns Crane that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Crane is in all sorts of trouble here.

Tiger's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

Tiger drives through with a takedown into Crane's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.

We're going to have a standup here because Tony Tiger wasn't active enough for the referee's liking.
Tiger has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Tiger there as he acknowledges the shot.
Crane lands a nice shot to the body.
Crane throws a shot from downtown. Tiger moves away and avoids it.

Tiger displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Crane throws out the jab.
Crane scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Tiger tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Crane manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

A frustrated look appears on Crane's face as he tries to break the clinch.

Crane using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Tiger has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.

Tiger's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Crane connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Tiger scrambles back to his feet.

Crane throws out a loose jab but Tiger uses good head movement to avoid it.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

and Tiger counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Crane is lucky that one didn't land flush.
Tiger throws a nice looking combination but Crane bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Tiger is looking to take this fight into the clinch.

Tiger manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Crane on his heels. He'll look to pass Crane's guard now, I'm sure.

Crane not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Crane takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.

It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Tiger with a flurry of punches that miss.
Tiger passes Crane's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Tiger connects with a nice short shot to Crane's temple.

I would just about give that final round to Jiggaboo Crane.
I've got Crane winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
