The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dawkins takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Dawkins wants to clinch but XyD X slips to the side
and XyD X counters with a nice low kick that buckles Dawkins's knee momentarily.
XyD X lands a head kick. Dawkins smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
Dawkins fails with a takedown attempt.
Dawkins misses with a low kick.
XyD X with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
XyD X feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Dawkins's calf.
Dawkins looks gassed!
Dawkins fails with the takedown
and XyD X counters with an outside leg kick.
Dawkins takes a body punch but keeps moving.
XyD X lands a high kick!
Dawkins on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by XyD X. XyD X obviously looking to wear him down.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
A chopping leg kick lands by XyD X.
XyD X throws a head kick that looked like it stung.

Dawkins is rocked!

Dawkins is still on wobbly legs! Can XyD X finish him?
XyD X lands a leg kick that knocks Dawkins off balance momentarily.
ZyD XyD X seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Dawkins on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
XyD X cracks the inside of Dawkins's front leg.
XyD X feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Dawkins's calf.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
XyD X lands a brutal head kick. Dawkins looks out on his feet and XyD X throws more strikes until the ref is forced to stop the fight!
