Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Clint Concrete (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Donald Anthony (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Donald Anthony has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Clint Concrete's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Clint Concrete!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Donald Anthony!
The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, George Francis and Stewart Dunkirk.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Anthony throws a sloppy head kick and Concrete moves out of range easily.
Anthony misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Concrete.
Anthony connects with a right hand. Concrete shakes it off.
Anthony stuffs the takedown attempt from Concrete. Concrete gets slowly back to his feet.
Anthony throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Concrete shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Anthony manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.

Anthony has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Concrete off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.

Concrete drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Concrete jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Concrete wants to get up but he can't break Anthony's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
Anthony really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Concrete. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Anthony wants to get back to his feet but Concrete is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

Concrete is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Anthony is just riding it out for now. Concrete eventually gives up the hold.
Anthony tries to kick Concrete off but Concrete keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.

Concrete seems to have lost interest with the ground game and is thinking about standing back up.

Concrete seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Anthony does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Anthony slaps away a takedown attempt from Concrete, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Concrete fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Anthony avoids it really well and circles away.

Concrete changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Anthony tries to avoid it but Concrete manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Anthony to the ground. Anthony escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Anthony rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Concrete moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Anthony bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.

Concrete throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Anthony tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Concrete is in Anthony's guard.

Horrible takedown by Concrete or perhaps it was just good defense by Anthony which made him look bad.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Concrete, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
