Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between I Shiv (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kung Chen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Shiv might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Calcutta. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chen shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
Chen throws a leg kick but Shiv moved away.
Chen attempts a low kick but it misses it's target.
Chen fails in his attempt to clinch.
A looping hook to the body misses from Chen. Shiv does a little dance to reset his feet.
Chen misses the shot to the body.
Chen looking to land some kicks to the body here.
Shiv slips under a jab.
Chen rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Shiv counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Good work by Shiv as he checks the leg kick.

Chen tries to move into range but Shiv moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Chen misses with a low kick as Shiv jumps back.
Chen gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Chen on the wrong end of a nice jab.
Good leg kick by Shiv there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
A punch combination from Shiv misses.
A slow jab from Chen misses its intended target.

Chen tries to work over Shiv's front leg with a kick but Shiv checks it.
Chen throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Chen moves in looking to clinch but Shiv pushes him off.

and Shiv counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Chen throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Shiv circles away from the clinch attempt.
Chen looks to land a right hand but Shiv moved out of range.
Shiv throws a leg kick which misses Chen's front leg but catches the back leg as Chen tries to avoid it.
Chen tries to clinch but Shiv is having none of it.

Shiv ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Shiv takes a swing at Chen's ribcage but misses.
Chen tries to clinch up.
Nice defenses there by Shiv.
Shiv shoots in but no luck this time.
Shiv fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Kung Chen is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Chen throws a predictable looking body shot
and Shiv counters with a body kick that brings a smile to the face of both fighters.
Chen looks gassed!

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Shiv throws a front kick that sends Chen stumbling back into the cage.
Chen on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Chen takes one on the button.
Chen tries to move into range but Shiv moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.

Chen is rocked!
Chen misses with a leg kick
and Shiv makes the exchange count by landing a cracking kick to the body. Chen really felt that one!
Chen is still on wobbly legs! Can Shiv finish him?
Chen walks into a straight right, dropping him to the canvas! Shiv swarms him and finishes the fight with a hail of punches! What a brutal finish!
