The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cooper closes this distance looking for a takedown but Sonnen circles away.
Sonnen lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Cooper circles away quickly and effectively.
Sonnen changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Cooper tries to avoid it but Sonnen manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Cooper to the ground. Cooper escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Sonnen avoids the head kick by Cooper.
Cooper is looking to clinch but Sonnen is avoiding it.
Cooper moves in looking to clinch but Sonnen pushes him off.
Cooper tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Sonnen manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Cooper wants to clinch up but Sonnen keeps it at a distance.

Cooper breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
It's a brutal combination of punches from Sonnen! Cooper is backing up but he can't get away as Sonnen lands with one final shot to the jaw that drops Cooper and ends the fight. Great knockout.
