Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Max Bear (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tahvo Aijala (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Max Bear could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Tahvo Aijala's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 7 - 0, fighting out of London, Tahvo Aijala!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, Richard Clark and Paul Tew.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Bear drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.

Bear drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Bear jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Aijala is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Bear is controlling him.
Bear controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
Bear pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Aijala is keeping the position for now.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Bear slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
Bear trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.

The ref stands the fighters back up because Max Bear just wasn't active enough.
Bear keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Bear avoids a punch combination nicely.
Aijala throws a hook to the side of Bear's head but Bear sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Bear tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Aijala was well out of range. Poor timing from Bear.
Bear looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Aijala digs a good hook to Bear's body.

Bear shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Bear was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

It looks like Tahvo Aijala has been cut.
Oooh a big shot lands for Bear! Aijala is out! The ref dives in to save him from more punishment!

After winning the bout, Max Bear thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
